Tom Davis isn't a personal trainer. He's a performance engineer.

After 13 years applying systems-thinking in the corporate world, Tom turned that same discipline toward the most complex system he'd ever encountered: the human body. The result is a coaching methodology that goes far deeper than workouts and meal plans - integrating bloodwork analysis, sleep architecture, stress physiology, hormonal optimization, and evidence-based supplementation into a single, precision protocol.

With 20+ years in the gym and over 7 years in competitive powerlifting (multiple 2,000+ lb totals), a background spanning chemistry, biology, biomechanics, and nutrition, and a deliberate roster kept intentionally small, Tom's clients don't get a program. They get a partner fully invested in engineering the highest version of themselves.

He coaches driven professionals - people who've mastered their careers and are ready to apply that same standard to their health, energy, and longevity.

Tom's Why

I've spent over two decades obsessing over one question: what actually makes the human body perform at its highest level?

Not what sells. Not what's trending. What works - measurably, repeatably, and sustainably.

That obsession led me through 13 years of engineering in the corporate world, 20+ years of competitive powerlifting, and thousands of hours studying everything from nutrition and biomechanics to biochemistry, sleep science, and pharmacology. Not because I had to - because I couldn't stop. Every client I work with gets the benefit of all of it.

I keep my roster deliberately small. When you work with me, you have my full attention, not a fraction of it. I'm not here to hand you a program and check in once a week. I'm here to understand your biology, your life, and your goals deeply enough to build something that actually moves the needle.

My Story

Growing up, I was always active - every sport imaginable with my two younger brothers. But it wasn't until my senior year of high school that I found the thing that would define the next two decades: lifting.

That discovery sparked a 20+ year journey into everything related to human performance - nutrition, supplementation, sleep, stress management, hormonal optimization, and beyond. I competed in powerlifting for years, achieving multiple 2,000+ lb totals, and found a deep love for the challenge of strongman that I still carry today.

My background is in engineering - I spent 13 years in the corporate world applying systems thinking to complex problems. In 2020 I made the move to full-time coaching, and it's the best decision I've made. I brought everything from that engineering mindset with me: the data orientation, the process discipline, the refusal to accept "good enough" when better is achievable.

My own journey hasn't been without its challenges. I've navigated the noise of fad diets and conflicting research. I've dealt with injuries, stress, and the physical toll of years of heavy training. Every obstacle became education, and that education is now in service of your results.

Coaching Philosophy

You are not a template. Your protocol shouldn't be either. Everyone responds differently, progresses at their own pace, and arrives from a different starting point. What works for one person can actively work against another. This is why I don't hand clients a program and call it coaching.

I build systems. We start with your data - bloodwork, training history, sleep patterns, stress load, lifestyle demands - and we construct a protocol that addresses your actual limiting factors, not a generic list of "areas to improve."

Big, sudden overhauls rarely stick. I focus on precise, compounding changes that build into permanent habits and real, measurable results. Sleep. Nutrition. Training. Recovery. Supplementation. All of it working together, all of it calibrated to you.

This is what it looks like when performance is engineered, not guessed at.
